Mr. President:

Secretary Rusk gave the following statement to Mr. Bundy.  Mr. Bundy asked me to pass it along to you.  
           ‘ He will address the Nation at 7:00 P.M. this evening on steps being taken to provide an effective quarantine against this threat to the hemisphere.’

Good condition.  Paper is yellowing, has several brown stains and had been folded three times. 8 ½ x 11
