Summary: Notice of retaliation after a series of Arab terrorist attacks against the civilian Jewish population:

"...Warning to our neighbors...If their murderous attacks...will not end we shall react...Hence our fighters hit.... The attacks were aimed at terrorist gangs only;
houses of identified terrorists were destroyed."

Warnings were also directed to the British

"who plan to leave us prostrate and powerless to face the massive Arab attack
which will follow the end of the British administration."
